Consent to receive commercial information may be withdrawn by the User at any time.

If the User indicated his/her personal data in the enrollment, sending the Form by the User is tantamount to consenting to the processing of his/her personal data by PTM Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lodz, Zgierska 250/252 for information, promotion and marketing purposes. Entrusting personal data is tantamount to the User's declaration of the truthfulness of the personal data indicated.


4.PTM Polska Sp. z o.o. informs that:

• providing personal data of the User is voluntary,

• The User has the right to report corrections to his/her data by e-mail,

• The User may withdraw consent to the processing of his/her personal data at any time by sending an email with the appropriate information.
