Container loading system

The container loading system can be used by anyone loading a container with steel pipes, steel materials, wood or aluminum coils. It is also widely used for loading and exporting large machinery components.

This manual loading system loads a container in one go.

Consisting of a bucket adapted to the length of the load with a load capacity of 28 tons, the buckets move on a galvanized steel track that is placed both on the loading platform and on the floor of the container. The track is raised by a hydraulic pump, which lifts the skate and then lifts the load off the platform deck. The cargo can then be easily rolled into the container.

- Easy loading of long (6 to 13 m), heavy (up to 28 tons) and wide undivided loads into 20ft, 40ft and 45ft containers

- Guides with a sliding system, hydraulically lifted to a height of max. 25mm, allowing cargo to be moved within the container (max. 28T)

- The cargo is pre-prepared on supports with a height of 85 mm directly on the loading platform which has previously been leveled with the container floor

- Gravity assist during loading

- Used for transporting difficult loads using low-cost rear-loading containers instead of expensive and inaccessible side- or top-loading containers

- Equipment is reusable; disassembled after loading/unloading

- Used for loading heavy steel, copper, aluminum coils, flat packed steel, crates and machinery up to 30 tons. Also suitable for other loads that can be placed in the clear of container doors

- Used on all unmodified, rear-loading containers, 20ft, 40ft and 45ft types
