Loading buffer with shredder

A complete loading buffer that provides storage to feed waste to the pre-shredder.

The buffer with a moving floor provides storage for 30 minutes of shredder operation.

• Efficiency of the buffer up to 350 m3/h. Tonnage up to a loading height of 1.5 m - 45T

• Dimensions of the buffer (L x W x H): 25,000 * 3,000 * 1,900 mm

• The buffer is set at an angle of 3.5 degrees ascending on supports from 1.3 m to 4.4 m.

• The buffer has its own local control and PLC network connection for master control.

The production process produces alternative fuels used in the cement and energy industries, among others.
