PTM platforms with moving Cargo Floor
Platforms with moving floor with a length of 13 meters and a width of 2.9 meters with a power supply with two pumps so that two floors can be controlled at the same time.
This is an installation we made in 2011 in the first sorting plant in Poland with our systems.
We used three platforms with moving floor length of 13 meters width of 2.9 meters.
A power supply with two pumps can simultaneously control two floors. Two modes of operation for the so called “pull-up” or unloading. Possibility to work also in reverse mode. The speed used is 1 m per minute.
The system of proximity sensors above the banks allows automatic notification of filling and further activation of the procedure of unloading or feeding.
The wall height of 2 m is sufficient for the customer to handle three different waste fractions on three platforms.
